In requesting the services of Nenya’s Tarot, you agree to have read this disclaimer, the contents of which you are willing to be bound by, and agree that:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. You must not attend an in-person or video reading with me whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3. HEALTH …. to protect both of us (and our families/friends) you must be in full health when having an in-person reading. If you attend an appointment and appear to have flu, cold-type symptoms or appear to have infections, viral or bacterial, I will NOT BE ABLE TO READ FOR YOU AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PAYMENT. Please cancel your appointment, giving 24 hours notice, and reschedule it for when you are well again. You will not lose your deposit.

4. All information which is provided to you during your reading sessions with Nenya’s Tarot is purely for entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for any medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

5. Nenya’s Tarot does not accept any responsibility for any decisions you make following a reading. Your decisions belong to you. Your choices remain your responsibility.

6. Fees are payable to Nenya’s Tarot in advance, via the appropriate methods advised on the website. It is important to note that should you wish to cancel a reading with Nenya’s Tarot , you would only be entitled to a full refund if you have provided a minimum of 24 hours notice. If after a reading, you feel that the services have not met your requirements, you will not be eligible to claim any refunds as this undermines our services and skills as a tarot advisor.

7. If we both decide that we have not connected during the first 10 minutes of the reading, I will refund 50% of your payment.

8. Copyright laws and confidentiality agreements apply throughout. Consequently, all communications and correspondences remain between yourself and Nenya’s Tarot, and are intended for your private and personal use only. Under no circumstances does Nenya’s Tarot authorise such information to be shared, published and distributed in any way.
